Listone Giordano Patterns
Here, we will explore the various floor designs and geometric patterns available for your hardwood flooring brought to you by the Natural Genius collection from Listone Giordano.
Natural Genius
This collection from Listone Giordano is hardwood flooring reimagined. Inspired by contemporary design concepts, Natural Genius redefines the aesthetics of common floor patterns as conceptualized by Italian designers, Michele De Lucchi, Patricia Urquiola, Daniele Lago, Marc Sadler, and Paola Lenti.
Foxtrot
Foxtrot stands out for its uniform yet refreshing pattern that can constantly generate new, different shapes from simply adjusting the orientation of the adjacent pattern. Inspired by the works of Mies van der Rohe and Mondrian, designer Matteo Nunziati brings out the interweaving of lines, squares, and rectangles that freely come together to create new surfaces.

Medoc
Medoc is a wood floor designed by Michele De Lucchi and Philippe Nigro. Its simplicity and trapezoidal panels are inspired by the tapered shape of wooden logs and from the past, when planks were not obsessively straightened. The imprecise sawn cut surface also enhances the tactile feeling and 3D effects of the French Oak.
Conte
Derived from the Ancient Roman model, Opus incertum, a construction technique that stacks irregularly shaped stones to produce a wall, Conte makes use of square and rectangular shapes together with alternating wood grains to create an unoriented floor that allows for free and fluid spatial sequences. It is designed by Alexander Brenner.
Factum
The Factum design is a collaboration between Listone Giordano and artists Dante Osca Benini & Luca Gonzo. With the artistic thoughts of the great masters in mind, the main idea of their design is a square element that offers a distillate of pure Italian style. The panels create endless compositions and rhythms give life to floors and walls as if they are carpets or elegant tapestries.
